Mission and vision
The purpose of the South Dakota Golf Association Junior Golf Foundation is exclusively to carry out charitable and educational purposes in support of Junior Golf. Junior Golf is broadly defined as golf projects and programs for boys and girls of any age through high school graduation.
The mission of First Tee — South Dakota is to improve the lives of young people by providing educational programs and learning environments that build character, instill life-enhancing values, and promote healthy choices through the game of golf.
Team South Dakota
Part of the US National Development Program, creating development, competitive and talent-identification opportunities for elite athletes ages 13–18 in South Dakota.

Junior Golf Scholarships
Up to six $1,500 scholarships are awarded annually to graduating seniors attending a post-high-school institution. Apply by June 30.
